I think we all know that lots of water or low cal beverages can curb our appetites. That’s because we are not always hungry when we think we are. That gnawing feeling in your stomach can also be caused from thirst. Amazing. I have definitely noticed that if I think I am really hungry a couple of hours before dinner, one Zilch Margarita can take the edge off. In fact, after just one Zilch, I am not worried about my stomach anymore. That saves hundreds of calories in the course of a month. One reason Zilch works so quickly and so effectively is that it is ¾ water. That is good news for Dieters and Diabetics alike. Who knew dieting could be so much fun!
